Our next model has officially turned 29
today!! Happy birthday Stratos Kalales!!!
Stratos (who also goes by Stevie) is a York
University alum who majored in Business Administration with a specialization in
Accounting. Stratos currently works at Toronto Star as an accountant.
For Stratos, Movember is “great cause that
brings all us guys together for a common cause.” Stratos is dedicated to living
a healthy and active lifestyle and he doesn’t just stop with Movember. This
past summer, Stratos participated in The Ride to Conquer Cancer and biked from
Toronto all the way to Niagara Falls!
The key for Stratos in staying healthy and
active is keeping things interesting. Stratos explains, “I go to the gym almost
every day. I switch up my routines from weight lifting to spinning, and I try
to squeeze in 5K runs here and there.”
Stratos’ advice for staying healthy is
simple: “Eat clean but have a cheat day so you don’t end up binging.”
Stratos will be modelling his moustache
after Magnum P.I. this month. Don’t miss the final result on November 25th
at “A Salute to the Moustache.”
