It’s day 12 of
Movember and our next model, Mike Natale’s moustache is growing in full force!
This Italian stallion
currently lives in Bolton, Ontario. He studied Business Administration at the
University of Guelph and currently works at Scotiabank as a personal banker.
An interesting fact
about Mike is that he got to live out everyone’s childhood dream and was
alongside iconic Disney characters, such as, Aladdin, Cinderella and Mickey
Mouse for what he was lucky enough to call his job. He lived in Orlando,
Florida last year and worked as a Canadian Cultural Representative at Walt
Disney World.
Mike’s journey of
becoming a Mo Bro started four years ago while driving home from work and listening
to The Fan 590. He heard a commercial of Wendel Clark and Lanny McDonald talk
about prostate cancer and their involvement with Movember and became intrigued.
As soon as he got home, he began to do some research and was shocked when he
found out the large number of men affected by prostate and testicular cancer.
Since that drive
home four years ago, Mike has been an avid supporter of Movember and grows his
moustache proudly every year. Mike
says, “I have been laughed at and joked
about for my moustache, but more importantly, I have been praised for my efforts
in support of this cause.” Mike was the first of his group of friends to support
Movember and has inspired all his friends to join.
Mike hopes that by the end
of this month he will be referenced to one of his favourite iconic moustached
man, Tom Selleck.
